MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As long as poverty, injustice & inequality persist, none of us can truly rest.

OUR CAUSES

We oversee humanitarian relief programs to help Anglophones in Nigeria and Cameroon negatively affected by the current conflict

REFUGEE RELIEF

Providing emergent needs to Anglophone refugees now in Nigeria and neighboring countries.

CLEAN WATER

Let’s reduce the outbreak of cholera and other diseases by providing clean water.

SHELTER

Providing a secure place for Anglophones who are victims of this conflict.

PRISONER SUPPORT

We must assistant Anglophone prisoners facing severe injustice. This is our calling.

OUR TEN GOVERNING PRINCIPLES

  • The Initiative will appeal to all, regardless of political affiliation or opinion, language, ethnicity, or nationality, who seek humanitarian relief for those affected by the current Southern Cameroons conflict and a resolution of the deepening crisis in Cameroon.

  • All collected funds will be dedicated exclusively to this humanitarian effort for all those negatively affected, especially targeting but not limited to refugee relief and those in jail and detention.

  • This initiative will be APOLITICAL, focusing on nothing but the victims of the crisis.

  • Priority will be given to meeting the most critical welfare needs of refugees, including housing, food, water, healthcare, and reinsertion.

  • Financial contributions or resources will be sought and accepted from any legal source anywhere in the world.

  • The Initiative will partner with reputable, well-established non-profit organizations to receive and account for funds. Full financial accountability will be provided to the general public on a monthly basis.

  • The Initiative will not be involved in any illegal activities such as, but not limited to money laundering or activities that may further escalate the crisis.

  • No resources, financial or otherwise, will be diverted to support the agenda of any of the parties involved in or spearheading the current political crisis.

  • Those spearheading fundraising will not be involved in or affiliated with any organization directly managing initiative funds. They will not benefit financially from these funds.

  • The Initiative will be dissolved as soon as the conflict is brought to an end and all funds are fully accounted for.

ASSISTING THE MOST VULNERABLE

In the Anglophone regions of Cameroon, even at this very moment, families are being forced to flee their homes to escape the escalating conflict violence. Many of the refugees who survive treacherous journeys into neighboring Nigeria and other countries are often injured, sick, or on the brink of starvation when they finally make it across the border.

Your compassionate support is what makes it possible for the Cameroon Humanitarian Relief Initiative to break barriers to refugee support by providing clean water, shelter, health screenings, medicine, medical supplies, and trauma counseling.
