Let’s reduce the outbreak of cholera and other diseases by providing clean water.
In Southern Cameroon, thousands of people have been displaced due to the ongoing conflict and are now living in host communities in neighboring Nigeria that lack access to clean water. The absence of clean drinking water causes numerous health problems, including diarrheal diseases which are a leading cause of death among Southern Cameroonians.
CHRI is working with partners to provide safe drinking water to these refugees and reduce the incidence of diarrheal diseases.
Through clean water, children smile again with a restoration of hope and faith in the future.
